Requirements
| Education: | Essential secondary education and formal technical training |
| Experience: | At least one year in MSF or 2 years in a similar post out of MSF |
| Language: | English proficiency. Control of local languages (Arabic and Kurdish) |
| Knowledge: | Essential computer literacy (word, excel) |
| Planning skills, communication, teamwork, management skills | |
| Flexibility and willingness to learn | |
| Understanding of Erbil local market for technical supplies and construction materials |
