Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, international relations, development studies, from an accredited academic university or institution with five years of relevant professional experience, or
- High school diploma with seven years of relevant experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant work experience in programme support, management or operations.
- Sound technical writing and reporting, including experience in crafting clear narrative and statistical reports for diverse audiences.
- Data Management experience, ability to design, maintain, and assure the integrity of structured databases.
- Background in research design and execution, including developing tools for data collection, codebooks, and analysis strategies.
- Practical experience with Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems, such as tracking indicators and monitoring performance.
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to build dashboards and visual content.
- Demonstrated ability to provide program management support within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Languages:
- Fluency in English, Kurdish, and Arabic is required.
