Essential recognized nurse degree/diploma Desirable bachelor’s in science of nursing |

Essential Experience |
5 years of previous experience in Emergency Room as nurse Hands-on technical nursing care within the last 5 years: ER management, MCI experience is a plus |

Desirable Experience |
2 years of previous experience in mentoring and technically supervising nursing teams Experience +/- additional qualification in designing and implemented a learning and development strategy (example: delivering trainings and curriculums) Previous experience in other NGO’s |
