Dear Sir/Madam,

The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in Bosnia and Herzegovina hereby invites prospective vendors to submit an offer in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference.

This consultancy is for “Human Rights Impact Assessment of Selected Mining, Industrial and Construction Projects”
