Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary school education required; diploma or university degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in data collection, surveys, assessments, monitoring, registration, or field research is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with NGOs, development consultancies, UN agencies, or humanitarian actors is an advantage.
  • Good command of the local language of the assigned area is required.
  • Arabic, Kurdish, Turkmen, English, or other relevant languages are an advantage depending on location.
  • Basic digital literacy and ability to use smartphones, tablets, KoboToolbox, ODK, Google Forms, Excel, or similar tools is preferred.

  • Ability to follow instructions and questionnaire logic carefully.

Contract Note

This is not a full-time employment position. Engagement will be made on a contract basis according to confirmed project needs, approved budget, field schedule, and satisfactory completion of required orientation or assessment. Being shortlisted or included in an enumerator roster does not guarantee continuous work or future assignments.
