Qualifications & Preferred Skills
2. At least five years of experience in research, qualitative data analysis, policy development, or advocacy.
3. Proven experience in preparing policy papers, research reports, or analytical studies.
4. Sound knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
5. Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
6. Previous experience working with NGOs, international organizations, or donor-funded projects is preferred.
7. Knowledge of governance programs, community engagement, public policy, and social accountability in Iraq is an asset.
8. Fluency in Arabic is required; fluency in English is an asset.
