Required Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• Proven experience of at least 3 year in PSS and education work, child protection case management, and structured PSS programs (such as AGT, Win-Win DEAL, IDEAL, Little Fellow), supported by relevant diplomas or certifications.
• Strong background in non-formal education, including activity planning, curriculum implementation, community mobilization, and outreach.
• Solid knowledge of key protection topics including Child Protection, PSS, Psychosocial First Aid (PFA), Case Management (CM), Gender-Based Violence (GBV), as well as familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), PSEA, and safeguarding policies.
• Skilled in engaging children through active participation and creative stimulation, and in building positive relationships with communities through strong communication and social skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong organizational and reporting abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic (mandatory), with a highly creative, flexible, and humanitarian-driven mindset.
• Experienced in working through partnerships and capable of multitasking, handling pressure, prioritizing, problem-solving, and contributing to effective team and organizational performance with initiative, accountability, and independent thinking.

• إجادة تامة للغة العربية قراءة وكتابة ومحادثة (شرط أساسي)، إلى جانب عقلية مبتكرة، مرنة، ودافعة للعمل الإنساني.
• يمتلك خبرة في العمل ضمن الشراكات، وقادر على أداء مهام متعددة، وتحمل الضغط، وتحديد الأولويات، وحل المشكلات، والمساهمة بفعالية في أداء الفريق والمؤسسة من خلال روح المبادرة، وتحمل المسؤولية، والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.
