Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, International Development, or related field.
- Minimum of Six years of professional experience in M&E/MEAL, program management, research or development projects.
- Strong knowledge of Results-Based Management (RBM), Log Frames/Results Frameworks and indicators.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
- Strong report-writing and communication skills.
- Experience working with UN agencies, international organizations, NGOs or donors is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of data-analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SPSS, Stata, Kobo Tool box, CTO or similar platforms is mandatory.
