Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agronomy, agricultural engineering, veterinary, natural resources, environmental sciences or another related field
- Minimum three years of work experience working with NGOs in implementing agricultural, food security or livelihood projects in Iraq.
- Experience working in agricultural production and climate-smart agriculture directly with farmers, local communities and agricultural authorities.
- Practical experience in field-level project implementation, technical supervision, activity planning and monitoring.
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of MEAL processes and data collection, with experience using tools such as KoboToolbox considered an advantage.
- Iraqi national with excellent command of Arabic and English.
- Valid driving license and willingness to drive an ASB vehicle for official project duties.
