Introduction

UNDP Viet Nam is seeking for An individual consultant for development of the handbook on mobilisation, receipt, management and utilisation of contributions of the Policy and Legislative Assistance Fund, as described in this documentation.

Country:   Viet Nam 

description of the Assignment:  The objectives of the assignment are to:

·  Review and analyse the applicable legal and policy framework governing the organization and operation of the Fund, with particular focus on the mobilization, receipt, management and use of contributions, and identify relevant requirements to be reflected in the handbook;

·     Develop and finalize the handbook, structured into three main parts: (i) an infographic providing an overview of the Fund and key operational processes; (ii) detailed operational guidance on the mobilization, receipt, management and use of contributions; and (iii) a practical question-and-answer section addressing frequently encountered questions and situations, in consultation with the Fund, UNDP and other relevant stakeholders.

Period of assignment/services: September 2026 – December 2026 (20 working days)
