  1. Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in sociology, social work, computer science, international development, international relations or livelihood related field
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in an NGO managing complex humanitarian and/or development projects in Iraq.
  • Experience working in livelihoods restoration and recovery, social cohesion, peacebuilding and/or community development projects.
  • Strong experience in project grants management, preferably from German donors (BMZ, GIZ, GFFO, ADH).
  • Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Web Conferencing Applications, information management systems.
  • Strong MEAL skills including data management and ability to use Kobo, ICT4D (CommCare, PowerBi, etc).
  • Experience building a MEAL tracing system is a plus
  • Iraqi national with excellent command of Arabic and English.
  • Previous experience working in Mosul and Hamdaniya is preferred.
