UNDP kindly requests your Proposal for the provision of services to  Assist the Legal Aid Service under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in improving the quality of state-guaranteed legal aid and Akyikatchy (Ombudsman) of the Kyrgyz Republic in public access to legal information and oversight mechanisms 

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
