As a 360 Fundraising Assistant, you will join the Direct Marketing department, responsible for developing Action Against Hunger’s resources for the general public. Through various fundraising channels (face-to-face, print, and telemarketing), you will contribute to the smooth running of campaigns and the monitoring of service providers. The goal: to mobilize as many donors as possible to support our actions, while ensuring a smooth and high-quality donor experience.
Your position and responsibilities
We are looking for a work-study student capable of providing support to the development of private resources through the following missions:
Contribute to the management of face-to-face recruitment campaigns
- Operational management of face-to-face campaigns, in conjunction with service providers
- Management and monitoring of municipal authorizations, logistical organization, training documents, support documents, link with teams
- Transmission of information to other services in the department
- Quality control of service providers (mystery visits, field days, training)
- Support for the implementation of loyalty materials
Contribute to qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Tracking and analyzing face-to-face campaign results, including attrition, interceptions, and rejections
- Capitalization of experiences acquired during the different campaigns
Development and regular updating of content for face-to-face teams
- Collect the information needed to develop or update training documents, country profiles, and news briefs
- Attend information points and general information meetings to gather field information
- Lead face-to-face team training sessions, organize employee presentations to teams
Contribute to Benchmark and innovation
- Monitoring new communication, recruitment and donor loyalty tools
- Operational implementation of tests on new collection channels
Your profile
We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and who has the following qualities:
- You are preparing a Bac +4, in business school, university or school with a specialization in marketing and communication
- You know how to analyze marketing results and produce recommendations.
- You know how to write corporate content
- You know how to use marketing segmentation (paper donors, web donors, etc.)
- You have a predisposition to analyze and produce summary documents
Your conditions of employment
Status: Apprenticeship contract only (3/1 week or 3/2 day schedule)
📆 Contract duration: 12 months
📍Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
🔔Salary Conditions:
- Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of education, over 13 months
- 21 days of RTT (prorated according to time of presence)
- 25 days of paid leave prorated based on time served
- Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
- Transport: 50% of the package between home and workplace
- Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of €8)
- 175€/year (social works) and discount on cinema tickets
💻Teleworking: Open to everyone from mainland France. Our teleworking policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 4 days per month is expected at the headquarters, with time dedicated to meetings and group events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory presence per week for your integration into the team.
