Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree an asset)
- 5–7 years of experience in peacebuilding, mediation, dialogue facilitation, or conflict transformation
- Strong understanding of tribal dynamics and post‑conflict contexts in Iraq
- Demonstrated experience in community engagement and civil–security relations
- Excellent facilitation, analytical, and communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic (English an advantage)
- Ability to operate in sensitive and complex environments
- Strong commitment to neutrality, inclusivity, and ethical practice
