Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, business management, or a related field from an accredited university, with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience or;
- Completed Highschool degree from an accredited academic institution with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience and Skills:
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural context as a flexible, respectful, and compassionate team player.
- Ability to gain and build trust with communities and local leaders, strong networking, and respectful negotiation skills.
- Experience in health-related programs will be an asset; experience with international non-governmental organizations or UN agencies is advantageous.
- Ability to comfortably conduct and interact with beneficiaries during door-to-door visits, group briefings, and lead sessions with a sufficient level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to represent values and programs adequately with project beneficiaries, community members, and authorities.
- Critical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Languages:
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Working Knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
