Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Master’s or PhD in Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry, or Counseling Psychology.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of proven clinical practice and training experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in mhGAP, PM+ (Problem Management Plus), or CBT.
  • Skills: Ability to simplify complex clinical concepts for non-medical social workers.

Deliverables & Payment Terms

Payments will be made in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) upon completion of the following milestones:

  1. Inception: Submission of the Work Plan, Draft Manual, and Training Toolkit.
  2. Implementation: Successful completion of the 4-day training in Sulaymaniyah.
  3. Completion: Submission of the Final Report + Finalized Manual (Ready for Print).

(Note: Travel, accommodation, and meals for the consultant are fully covered by the organization and are separate from the financial proposal).
