Introduction

UNDP Mauritius invites qualified consultancy firms to submit proposals for the provision of consultancy services for the development of an Open Access Spatial Planning System and an Integrated Land Management Plan for the Republic of Mauritius.

The specific objectives of this consultancy include:

1. Establishing a cross-sectoral coordination mechanism to improve sustainable management, land use planning, and integrated land management.

2. Developing a structured, user-friendly, and practical open-access spatial planning system to support sustainable and integrated land management.

3. Creating a knowledge-based Integrated Land Management Plan.

4. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and consensus-building to ensure that the plan meets the needs of diverse users.
