Skills and qualifications
- Degree in Development, Human Rights, and Organizational Studies, or a related field.
- Expertise in organizational development, with proven experience in capacity needs assessments and designing capacity-building programs, or training, particularly in women’s empowerment contexts.
- Experience in working with WROs in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
- Knowledge of WPS agenda and women’s rights in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
