Introduction

This consultancy aims to secure the services of a business development and process engineering consulting firm to support the enhancement of the business plan for the operationalization of the Otjiwarongo Biomass Business Park. The consulting firm is expected to work alongside respective partners to develop a fully integrated business plan with consideration for existing charcoal and animal feed operations on site. This consultancy aims to strengthen business processes and development strategies to catalyze inclusive and green growth through the Otjiwarongo Biomass Industrial Park. The consulting firm will be required to consider recommendations aligned to the Strategic Action Plan for Sustainable Bush Value Chains and other recognized national publications for the country.
