Remarks: Attendance at the pre-bidding conference is optional but strongly encouraged. During the session, we will guide new suppliers through the Quantum registration process and provide detailed explanations of the ITB requirements.The pre-bid conference will be conducted through online Zoom platform. Registration will be required for the Zoom Pre-Bid Conference. Information to be provided: company name, names and posts of representatives, e-mail addresses for zoom invitation.
