As Director Commercial Enablement, you are the driving force behind our commercial impact at Telenet Business. You design and lead data-driven strategies and enablement programs tailored for the SME and Large Enterprise segments. Your mission? Boost our commercial capabilities and support sustainable growth.
With a strategic mindset and a strong operational drive, you ensure seamless alignment between sales, marketing, and solutions – making sure everyone is ready to deliver.
Your role in action
- Strategic Leadership: Lead 3 direct teams and guide ~25 indirect contributors. Oversee commercial strategy, planning, and go-to-market execution for the SME and LE segments;
- Customer & Market Insights: Turn customer, product, and sales data into actionable strategies. Drive better segmentation, sharper targeting, and more impactful campaigns;
- Campaign Execution & Funnel Impact: Ensure smooth, on-time delivery of integrated lead generation, migration, and retention campaigns – all fueling our sales funnel;
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Solutions, BEAT, and Operations. Align planning, readiness, tooling, and execution across the board. Make sure everyone is equipped for success in lead-to-order and go-to-market;
- Enablement Playbooks & Planning Rhythm: Define and manage the commercial planning cadence. Build and maintain enablement playbooks for SME and LE sales teams, ensuring structure and consistency in commercial execution.

- Data-savvy: You turn quantitative and qualitative insights into smart actions;
- Digital marketing fluency: You know the tools – from social media and email marketing to SEO and PPC;
- Brand & positioning: You help shape and protect the Telenet Business brand, aligned with central brand strategy;
- B2B understanding: You get the SME & LE customer journeys and buying behavior;
- Commercial tooling & CRM: You know how to drive performance with the right tools and processes.
What you’ll need to succeed Must-haves (from day one):
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent through experience);
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial enablement or a related role;
- Proven success in leading go-to-market or commercial enablement programs;
- Strong analytical mindset and CRM experience;
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in telecom, ICT, or managed services;
- Familiarity with marketing automation, value-based selling, and segmentation models;
- A proven track record of improving commercial KPIs through structured enablement.
