Description
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Minimum secondary school education; diploma or university degree in a relevant field (e.g. social sciences, statistics, public health, or related disciplines) is an asset.
- Previous experience in data collection, surveys, or assessments is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with data collection tools (e.g. KoBoToolbox, ODK, CommCare, or similar) is an advantage.
- Basic digital literacy, including the ability to use smartphones or tablets for data entry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities.
- Fluency in Arabic and/or Kurdish is required; knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Persian) is an asset.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work under pressure in challenging and potentially insecure environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to humanitarian principles, including respect for diversity, inclusion, and confidentiality.
