Scope of Work

The Sustainable Energy Hub (SEH) is seeking a professional video production company to develop a series of short short-form explainer videos. These videos will support UNDP’s communications and capacity development objectives, focusing on sustainable energy and the just energy transition. There will be 8 videos in total, each between 2 to 3 minutes in length.

The specific scope of work includes:

Ensure visual consistency (e.g., framing, lighting, and background) or intentionally distinct styles where appropriate, with professional audio capture.

This may include animated data visualizations, icons, kinetic text, and transitions. The style should be consistent across the series while tailored to each video’s content.

Add background music and ensure clear synchronization and pacing.

Ensure all videos meet accessibility standards and are optimized for mobile and web playback. Prepare localized versions of the videos by adding translated subtitles and, where requested, professional voice-overs in other UN languages. This includes adjusting on-screen text and motion graphics if necessary to accommodate translations while preserving design integrity.
