PERSONAL QUALITIES

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in development or related field (e.g. social sciences),

Proven experience in monitoring project activities and communicating with local stakeholders and CSOs.

Experience in coordination and follow-up with multiple stakeholders and partners.

Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse and grassroots communities.

Flexibility, dedication, and result-driven,
-
Good communication and presentation skills, and the capacity to work under pressure,
-
Good command of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, ppt, Outlook, SharePoint),
-
Fluent in English, Arabic, and Kurdish (Badini preferred), both spoken and written, to support reporting inputs and coordination.
