Person Specification

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of proven track record in fundraising, business development, or partnership management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or International Development (or related field)
• Strong network-building and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English — able to craft persuasive proposals. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Strategic thinker with practical execution skills.
• Experience working with CRM or donor management systems.
• Understanding the charity sector, philanthropy, and CSR engagement.

Desirable

• Experience securing institutional or corporate funding.
• Familiarity with grant-making bodies and proposal processes.
• Experience in event-based or digital fundraising
• Background in marketing, communications, or social impact.
