Purpose
Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Required ·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. ·2-3 years of experience in HRIS management or a similar role. · Strong understanding of HR processes and practices. ·Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, ADP, BambooHR, PinPoint, Workday, SAP etc). ·Excellent MS Office skills especially high level Excel capability. ·Excellent data management, analytical, problem-solving ·Ability to project management and meet deadlines. ·Strong communication and interpersonal skills (if English is not first language, to be fluent both in written and verbal). ·Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. ·Flexible working hours to accommodate global team coordination. ·Experience with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and compliance. ·Excellent customer service skills are required. ·Must be organized and detail oriented with excellent time management skills and shown ability to meet deadlines. |

Preferred ·Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD). ·Experience working in an international organization. ·Familiarity with data visualization tools. |
