Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Professional/ formal qualification
- MBA or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, Rural Development, Natural Resource Management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of agriculture value chains, climate resilience, livelihoods, and farmer capacity building.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project lead/management and PCM.
- Proven experience in leading a diverse team.
- Previous experience in managing UNDP funded projects is highly desirable.
- Strong report writing skills
Language:
- Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic
- Excellent command of English language ( both written and spoken)
