Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Minimum three years of relevant professional experience in an HR or administrative role.
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- Fluency in Arabic, English, and Kurmanji (speaking and writing) required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Outlook and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Certifications or prior training in HR are advanced.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
