Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field relevant to the role.
Experience (Essential)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.
Experience (Desirable)
- Experience in the humanitarian, non-profit sector is a plus.

- Strong planning and organising skills.
- Attention to detail.
Organisational competencies
- Understanding and respect for humanitarian principles and the organization’s vision, mission, and confidentiality.

- Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish is required.
