Introduction

The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme, on behalf of the Common Services at UN Bonn, invites qualified insurance providers to submit quotations for the provision of comprehensive insurance services for the UN Bonn Campus.

Scope of Services:

Building and Facility Insurance

Business Liability Insurance

Group insurance for children

Electronics Insurance

The contract will cover UN buildings and shared infrastructure at the Bonn Campus and may be extended to other UN entities based on the same terms.

Key Details:

Contract Start: 01 February 2026

Initial Term: 1 year, with possible extension up to 2 additional years

Interested providers must demonstrate experience with institutional clients, offer competitive pricing, and meet the minimum coverage requirements as outlined in the Terms of Reference.

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
