Introduction
UNDP Philippines invites qualified national and international bidders to provide a complete turnkey Integrated Plastic Processing and Recycling System for the Innovation for Circular Economy (ICE) Hub in Pasig City. The assignment covers the supply, delivery, installation, mechanical and electrical integration, testing, commissioning, training, documentation, warranty, and after-sales support for an expanded recycling facility designed to transform recovered plastics into higher-value products.
Pre-Bid Conference and Guided Site Visit
- Pre-Bid Conference: 16 September 2026, 10:00 a.m. Manila time
- Venue: UNDP Philippines Country Office, 15th Floor, North Tower, Rockwell Business Center Sheridan, Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City
- Guided Site Visit: 16 September 2026, 1:00 p.m. Manila time
- Project Site: Pasig ICE Hub, 201 Sandoval Avenue, Barangay Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City
- Participation: Not mandatory, but strongly recommended
