Description

We currently have a vacancy for an IT Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Tasks

• Analyze and document business requirements;
• Analyze business models and processes;
• Model business processes;
• Analyze functional requirements and business cases;
• Conduct risk analysis;
• Assist in preparing business cases, vision documents, project charters, and security plans.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with a minimum of 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Experience with analysis/modelling tools and techniques (Use Case Diagram, State Diagram, Entity Relationship Model, Interaction Diagrams etc.);
• Experience with BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value;
• Good knowledge of information systems matters;
• Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes;
• Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites;
• Good knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile);
• Excellent command of the English language.
