Essential requirements:
- Master degree in Law (Commercial/Corporate Law).
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in company registration and legal advisory in Iraq.
- Demonstrated experience drafting statutes, bylaws, and consortium agreements.
- Strong knowledge of Iraqi corporate, labour, and civil law.
Required skills and experiences:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory); knowledge of English is an asset.
