Introduction

A physical pre-bid meeting and site visit will be organised:

Location: IDB Bhaban, Agargaon, 14^th Floor.

The prospective Offerors may wish to visit the site to familiarise themselves with the site and conditions where the services will be undertaken. The prospective Offerors must confirm in advance via email ‘<a target="_blank" href="https://procurement-notices.UNDP.org/mailto:bd.procurement@UNDP.org” rel=”noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer”>bd.procurement@UNDP.org’ to confirm their intention to participate in the site visit by 2.00 pm, 19 April’26. All costs of visiting the site must be met by the Offeror. Visits by individual prospective Offerors during the tender period cannot be permitted other than for this joint site visit.
