MEAL Assistant (Re-advertisement)

• University degree in software engineering, statistics, management, or other relevant degree.
• Two years of experience in MEAL or data management and NGOs work.
• Understanding of accountability mechanisms, including feedback and complaints handling systems.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, including surveys, FGDs, and KIIs.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools such as Excel, Google Forms, or similar platforms.
• Strong skills in data entry, data cleaning, verification, and reporting.
• Ability to conduct field monitoring visits and support data quality assurance processes.
• Commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, and humanitarian principles.
• Strong belief in human rights and gender equality.
• Ability to work independently, including the ability to multitask, prioritize competing tasks, and manage time effectively.
• High standard of spoken and written Kurdish (Sorani dialect), English; and/or Arabic a plus.
