Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- University or institute degree in IT, Computer science or related field.
- Minimum three years of demonstrated management experience, at least one of which is in a non-government organization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of data collection tools (Kobo, ODK, or similar) is a must.
- Ability to travel frequently to project sites in Mosul and Hamdaniya surrounding areas.
- Demonstrated experience with training and capacity-building
- Very good in written and spoken English and Arabic
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
