MEAL Trainer

1. Minimum 7 years of experience working with NGOs and/or humanitarian organizations in MEAL.
2. Proven experience in designing MEAL frameworks, indicators, data collection, analysis, reporting, and integrating lessons learned.
3. Previous experience in training and capacity building.
4. Strong knowledge of MEAL methodologies, tools, and procedures.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to simplify complex MEAL concepts and deliver them in a practical, hands-on manner.
7. Excellent writing and drafting skills in Arabic and/or English.
