Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Education and Professional Experience required:
- University degree in Psychology
- 3 to 5 years of overall professional experience with a minimum 2 years of experience in MHPSS programs
- Good connections with local health authorities or groups of interest for the ICRC
- Experience in training, capacity building of community, and clinical supervision
- Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability, able to work overtime when needed
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a proactive way
- Highly developed analytical, planning, writing, communication and organizing skills
- Fluent command of English and Arabic required
- Clinical license to practice in his/her own country (if applicable)
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office experience)
