- Strategic Leadership
- Support the establishment of the medical strategy during project initiation.
- Define and implement the pharmacy strategy in alignment with the overall medical objectives, while considering country-specific adaptations.
- Market & Regulatory Oversight
- Conduct comprehensive local market assessments to inform pharmacy operations.
- Ensure full understanding and compliance with national legal and regulatory requirements for pharmacy management.
- Human Resources & Capacity Building
- Assess the pharmacy HR structure and proactively secure the appropriate staffing setup.
- Develop and oversee training programs to strengthen the skills and performance of the pharmacy team.
- Communication & Reporting
- Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication with line management and other departments.
- Ensure accurate reporting to support decision-making and operational transparency.
