Required Qualifications
Education:
- Highschool completion with two years of relevant experience, or;
- Primary school completion with 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience in communicating and working with a wide range of people including people of culturally diverse backgrounds, people with disabilities, and, especially, youth.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in mobile phone repair and smart screen maintenance.
- Experience in delivering technical training sessions or workshops in mobile maintenance is an advantage.
- Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing mobile phones, including screen replacement, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills
Languages:
- Fluency in Arabic is required (oral and written).
- Working knowledge of any other langue is an advantage.
