Introduction


Contract Modality & Period: This ToR establishes a 3-year Long-Term Agreement (LTA) expected to start 01 March 2026.

Geographic Coverage: Weta/Adidome (Volta), Kpong/Tsopoli (Eastern/Greater Accra), Golinga/Botanga/Libga (Northern), Tono/Vea (Upper East), and any additional irrigation sites identified by UNDP/EPA/GIDA.

The expected coverage for the first year of signing the LTA (2026) is 2000 hectare, with expected exponential increase to over 15000 in the third year of signing the LTA.


The selected firm will deliver end-to-end MRV operations for AWD adoption, including:

 a) Continuous Field Monitoring & Reporting of AWD practices across onboarded smallholder and commercial farms, including data for plausibility and cross checks from different sources. 

b) Digital MRV Operations using KoboCollect (and successor tools as agreed), including form maintenance, device provisioning support, data cleaning, validations, and secure transfer to UNDP’s repositories.

c) Collect data for the purpose to assess the project compliance with UNDP Social and Environmental Standards and to evaluate socio economic impacts.

d) Analytics & Dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to generate routine insights for management, Monitoring Reports, and verification. e) Verification Readiness & Support, including evidence packs, site-visit logistics support, clarifications, and trace files. f) Capacity Strengthening of field officers, WUA leaders and partners on monitoring protocols and basic data literacy.
