The assignment covers key objectives and specific outputs therein, namely:

1/ Evaluate the implementation of selected provisions of the 2014 Law on Marriage and Family, specifically regarding:

2/ Identify and explore emerging legal areas that require further research and legal development, including but not limited to some issues such as legal separation or same-sex marriage.

3/ Propose concrete recommendations for improving the legal framework and enhancing the effectiveness of law enforcement in the area of marriage and family law.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
