Introduction

UNDP Bhutan is seeking proposals from the National IT consulting firms (Bhutanese firms) to develop a comprehensive results-based matrix and robust monitoring framework, and Dashboard for NBSAP. Please see below the scope of the assignment. For more details.

This assessment shall cover the following tasks –

Results based matrix: To ensure accountability, efficiency and effectiveness in implementation of the 5th NBSAP

Provide maintenance support for the dashboard system for at least six months.
