Introduction

UNDP in Viet Nam is seeking for a qualified national firm/ organization for the creation of a digital platform for national pharmacovigilance processes, supporting data standardization and migration, and providing technical advice on digital transformation of pharmacovigilance processes.

Duration: December 2025 – March 2026

The objectives of this work are to:

· Digitalise core pharmacovigilance processes,

· Standardise (to the ICH E2B(R3) standard) and migrate all legacy data in the current Microsoft Access database to the new digital system, and

· Enable standardized data transfers from the DI & ADR Centre to the WHO-Uppsala Monitoring Centre (WHO-UMC).
