Objetivo de la Consultoría: Realizar una evaluación independiente de medio término, a fin de analizar avances, identificar áreas de mejora, valorar la pertinencia, eficacia, eficiencia y sostenibilidad de la intervención, y generar recomendaciones orientadas a fortalecer el impacto y la sostenibilidad de los resultados de cara a la implementación de la siguiente fase del Proyecto.
