Introduction
The United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), to support Fiji Teachers Registration Authority (FTRA), hereby invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for the provision of cloud hosting services for the FTRA Online Teacher Registration System. This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the requirements for establishing a secure, reliable, and scalable hosting environment to support the platform’s operations, including teacher registration, licensing, and payment processing. Vendors are expected to carefully review the Terms of Reference and associated technical specifications and propose solutions that demonstrate strong technical capability, compliance with data security standards, and the ability to deliver sustainable and high-quality services in line with the outlined requirements.
