Procurement Officer (National role)

Person Specification Essential Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferably in Logistics or Equivalent College Level Qualification In Technical Engineering And/or Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Logistics and Procurement management in Total and 01 Year in Humanitarian Sector at least will be a Plus.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong self-organization and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proven supervision skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team effectively.
• Good literacy, numeracy, and IT proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken Kurdish and/or Arabic communication skills.
• Ability to maintain clear and accurate record-keeping systems for supply chain and asset management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clarity and credibility.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Valid driving ability.
