Education |
University Diploma Level, preferably in the field of Social Sciences |

Experience |
Experience working in complex humanitarian or operational environments Demonstrated experience in contextual analysis, reporting, coordination, and liaison with multiple stakeholders Experience supporting or working closely with senior coordination or field management roles
Experience in emergency responses, project start-ups, or rapidly evolving operational settings |
|
Languages |
Kurdish (Sorani and Badini) – high level oral and written command English – high level oral and written command |
|
Knowledge |
Strong understanding of humanitarian principles and MSF values Essential computer literacy (word, excel, Internet/social media) Ability to synthesize complex contextual information into operationally relevant analysis Cultural sensitivity and strong interpersonal communication skills High level of knowledge of local culture and customs |
