Introduction

UNDP-TLS-00305-Provision of Cafeteria Services at UN Common Premises, Dili, Timor-Leste.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), as the administering agency of the UN Common Premises in Dili, Timor‑Leste, invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for the management and operation of cafeteria services at the UN Common Premises. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing high‑quality food and beverage services to UN personnel during official working hours in accordance with required hygiene, safety, and service standards.

A Pre‑Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 13th January 2026 at 3PM Local Time and UN Compound Caicoli Dili, Timor-Leste and all interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Full details, including the Terms of Reference and submission instructions, are available in the solicitation document.
