Introduction

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), through its Global Policy Centre for Governance (GPCG), is organizing a two-day high-level conference titled New Ways of Governing, scheduled to take place in Oslo, Norway in October 2025.

This Request for Quotation seeks a qualified venue provider to support the planning and delivery of the conference by offering professional venue and catering services in line with the detailed specifications provided in the RFQ document. The conference will host approximately 100 participants from UNDP, governments, civil society, academia, and the private sector.

Key requirements include:

  • A plenary hall for 100 participants (round-table setup)

  • Breakout rooms 

  • Coffee breaks, buffet lunches, and an evening reception

  • AV support with hybrid conferencing capabilities etc.

The venue must be centrally located in Oslo or its immediate surroundings, easily reachable via public transportation and from Oslo Gardermoen Airport, and provide a conducive, inclusive, and professional environment for dialogue and collaboration.
